About me
I’m Marcel de Jong, IT Career Coach and founder of Monads.
With a background in recruitment and training as a coach and psychotherapist, I combine market knowledge with personal guidance. I help organizations strengthen their IT talent and support professionals in taking the next step in their careers.
Outside of work, I enjoy long walks in nature and meaningful conversations — preferably at the same time. I try to live consciously, and I keep myself fit in the gym.
